At Crypto Asic Miner, we process and ship orders only after full payment has been confirmed.

We normally ship it from Netherland warehouse by FEDEX, UPS, DPD, DHL, GLS, POSTNL or other international express.

1, Ship it from Netherland warehouse

If we have stock in Netherland warehouse, we ship it from Netherland warehouse to Europe Union buyers. The delivery normally takes about 1-5 business days. The shipping cost to these three countries (US, UK, Netherland) is free. To the other Europe Union countries, you can check the shipping cost at checkout. No import tax from Netherland to Europe Union countries.

Shipping Times

How long will it take to get my order?
Once your order is placed, processing typically takes 1–5 business days, although longer processing times may occur during inventory replenishment. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping times vary based on your location and the specific product. If you'd like an exact estimate, please contact us with your product details and shipping location. Otherwise, use the general estimates below:

Transit Time Estimates:

USA: 1–7 business days for in-stock products
Australia, Europe, and Canada: 3–15 business days
Other Countries: 8–25 business days

For custom-made equipment, production and shipping may take 10–20 business days.

Shipping Delays:
Crypto Asic Miner is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers. Delays up to 45 calendar days from the order date are considered reasonable, and refunds will not be issued for such delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost or Missing Packages:
Crypto Asic Miner h is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once handed over to third-party couriers. However, we will file a claim with the courier to help recover any lost items. We guarantee your order will be fulfilled.

Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, report it within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging, as well as a video, to qualify for a free replacement. Contact support at support@cryptoasicminer.com to submit a damage report.

Package Refusals and Re-routing

Re-routed or Refused Packages:
Orders re-routed by the customer will not be eligible for refunds. Please do not refuse any delivery without prior instruction from Crypto Asic Miner, as some refused packages may be destroyed. If a delivery is refused and returned to us, a 40% fee will be deducted to cover shipping and handling.

If customs authorities in your country refuse the delivery, you can opt for a free replacement or a refund, minus 20% for shipping costs

Dispatch and Delivery Timelines

In-Stock Items: We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 7 business days of receiving payment. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1-7 business days, depending on the courier's schedule.
Pre-Order & Future Releases: For units marked as a "Month Batch" (e.g., April Batch), these items are scheduled to be released by the manufacturer during the indicated month. Please note that release dates are estimates provided by the manufacturer, and Crypto Miner Bros has no control over potential delays or changes.

Shipment Confirmation

After your order has been dispatched (whether in-stock or pre-order), you will receive a shipment confirmation email, including tracking details. Please allow one business day for the tracking information to be activated by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Delays

Any delivery timelines provided are estimates. Crypto Asic Miner is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier or the manufacturer.

Shipment Inspection

Upon receiving your shipment, please inspect all packages carefully for any accessories such as power supplies, manuals, or other components. Be sure to retain the packaging materials, including the outer shipping carton and box, in case a return is necessary. If any damage occurs during transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier directly, and the carrier may need to inspect the damaged item.

Customs-Free Delivery: Customers in the EU enjoy hassle-free delivery from our Netherlands warehouse, with no need for customs clearance.
0% VAT for EU Companies: EU-based companies can benefit from a 0% VAT rate by providing a valid VAT number. Payments must come from a company account, and deliveries will only be made to registered business addresses.
